I am pleased to report that, in September, Hearsay Culture will be an “intellectual sponsor” of Innovate/Activate, an intellectual property and activism unconference sponsored by New York Law School and Yale Law School’s Information Society Project. I am very much looking forward to participating in what should be a great discussion of two of Hearsay Culture’s primary themes: intellectual property and theories of innovation, and the intrusion of intellectual property concepts and ideas in areas where it may not belong.
